A good groundcover subject which has intensely red cornus-type leaves in autumn. Ground-hugging plant which is best suited to a slightly acid soil. In late spring and early summer this plant bears green, sometimes purple-tinged flowers within white bracts , followed by red berries. Ht 4-6" (10-15cms) Planting distance 12" (30cms) or more.
