It is very likely for stock items that are ordered between Monday and Wednesday to be despatched in the same week, often between 24 & 48 hours from confirmation of order. However, please allow seven working days for stock items to arrive and between seven to ten days if especially sourced.
To prevent any stress in transit, we pack & despatch all orders Monday to Thursday only and send them using a next day service so that they arrive nursery fresh. If you choose a 1-3day service, the plants are sent out on Mondays/Tuesdays only so that they are not in transit over a weekend.
*Important; All plants are sent via a timed, next day service to ensure that plants are not held up in the postal system causing damage/death. This is also the only postal service that guarantees the safe delivery of live stock (insured). The next day service is preferred purely for the sake of the plants, we do not guarantee to deliver the plants the day after confirming the order. If you need your plants in a hurry or by a certain date, please contact us to discuss any requirements that you may have prior to ordering.
If we have problems in sourcing any plants ordered we will email you as soon as possible with further details. We can not be held responsible for any delays in provision of non-stock items.
If plants are damaged in transit, complaints should be made with 24hours of receipt. If the box is damaged, please indicate on the delivery note which you sign saying; 'contents unchecked within damaged box', and also email us to let us know the extent of any damage. Our guarantee is limited to replacement of any damaged plant/s with a plant/s of the same variety ordered. No claim can be made where damages are not reported within the timescale mentioned above.
