Tall spikes of white flushed purple bracts. Sumptuous foliage that has spiney but soft edges and deeply crinkled and veined. Wonderful in full sun or shade adding vertical height to a border or corner of the garden. Needs deep soil, but dislikes too much wet, so good drainage is essential. Ht in flower 90-120cms. Several flower spikes on mature plants.
