Blue-purple spheres atop stems of approx 75-90cms. A wonderful input of colour in any mixed border, flowering in late May - June depending on the weather. Use other alliums too which flower earlier and later than aflatuense to give continuation. All bulbs need good drainage, otherwise hardy & easy.
