If you are creating a traditional garden or one in Victorian style, then this is the hedging to use. It is expensive, but an investment for yourselves and the next generation. Not available bare rooted.
Technical Notes: Box dislikes waterlogged ground and needs to drain well. Watering systems should avoid areas where box hedging is planted, as too much water encourages botrytis and other fungal diseases. Box can be sprayed on a regular basis with Bavistan or a similar fungicide which is used by growers. This particular clone is less prone to tbe box disease.
