A Raymond Evison variety for patio pots.
Mid blue large star-shaped flowers, sometimes showing a faint rose stripe down the centre of the petals and with a central boss of cream stamens. Dead head to encourage repeat flowering
Flowers from top to bottom of the plant during flowering period May to September is their major feature, making them perfect for tubs in the courtyard or terrace. They can also be planted near the front of the border as they are not tall climbers. They can be planted in any aspect and they are hardy to -20deg. Prune hard in March as they flower on new growth. Clematis are heavy feeders, so make sure they are in moist but well-drained soil and give a weak liquid feed every 2-4weeks for continuous flowering.
