Useful perennial with reddish stems. Forms a semi-evergeen sub-shrub used for mixed borders or groundcover. Best in full sun and in well-drained soil. Will grow in poor soils and survive well through short periods with no rainfall once established. Hardy & easy. Typical greeny-yellow bracts form in early spring. Ht approx 60cms x 60cms spread.
