A rare and little known 'Indigo bush' from China.
Graceful deciduous shrub with arching stems and divided foliage. Pale mauve pea-like flowers in 30cms long racemes over a long period throughout the summer. Best grown in full sun and well-drained soil in a sheltered spot. This plant will re-shoot from the base after a cold winter. A really special plant. Ht 2m x 1m after 5 years.
