Snowy woodrush.

Lush, loosely-tufted grass with narrow dark green hairy leaves.  Flowering period January to mid-summer and this grass is very useful for either moist areas in sun or in moist or dry shade.  A useful groundcover for large areas as will self-seed unless dead headed after flowering.  Needing very little attention to stay tidy, is evergreen and just needs a comb through in late winter before the new growth emerges.  White flowers are good for cutting or drying.
