Evergreen magnolia with creamy white flowers.  Shiny dark green leaves typical of Magnolia grandiflora with rusty hairy undersides.  This magnolia flowers in late summer to autumn, rather than during spring like most of the deciduous magnolias.

Hardy to -15deg.  Give shelter from north and east winds.  Good on a sheltered wall.
