Phlomis italica 3L 30-40 cms

Nice bushy plants in flower now (August).  Has sage-like leaves and whorls of tubular hooded lilac flowers over a long period during summer.  White hairy stems and grey wooly leaves. Hardy to -15deg.  Best in full sun and a sheltered position.  Good drainage essential.  Ht up to 60cms x spread 60cms.

Native to the Balearic Islands of Spain.
