 | A Lavender
Lavender varieties vary a lot with flower colour, height, and habit. All need good drainage and full sun and all need trimming when flowers fade. Trim down to 8" on the 8th August each year - this is quite a foolproof way of keeping a good shape. Another trim after second flowering is a good idea to encourage fresh foliage which will look good through the winter. Flower heads are good for pot pourri. |
