Salvia 'Dark Matter' (nemerosa) 1L

This new variety is a very dark blue and will reach a height of approx 45-60cmsx30cms when in flower. Strong sturdy upright stems display these plentiful flower spikes from early summer to late autumn if deadheaded along the way for a second flowering. Very hardy & easy. Plant in moist but well drained soil, as salvias dislike winter wet. Flowering June-September. Another favourite for the bees.
